Jen Hadfield

Jen Hadfield is poet and visual artist living in Shetland. She has published four poetry collections.

Mark Wringe

Mark Wringe is a Senior Lecturer in Gaelic Language and Culture at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, University of the Highlands and Islands.  He regularly chairs events at Ullapool and other book festivals around Scotland, and has presented BBC Radio nan Gàidheal’s book programme Leugh an Leabhar for 20 years.

Liz Beer

Liz has been the secretary of Ullapool Book Festival since its start in 2005. Before retirement Liz worked as a lecturer in further education colleges in the Midlands bringing educational opportunities to those who might have missed out of statutory education provision.
